The street is a dynamic space that combines unique characteristics of materials, colors, scents, sensations, and emotions. The Verner chair is an attempt to understand the essence of “The street seat“ known as the “bench,” its components and significance to the public space.

The street is a dynamic space that combines unique characteristics of materials, colors, scents, sensations, and emotions. The Verner chair is an attempt to understand the essence of “The street seat“ known as the “bench,” its components and significance to the public space.
The Verner Chair attempts to bring the bench from the public place- the outside to the private- the inside and to give it a new nature, new materials, and a different perspective. To do so, but still maintain the character of the street bench, I have changed the proportions and material of the chair but kept the general shape that characterizes it, namely long, parallel and end-to-end strips.
